Janae Andrew is an animal rescue volunteer with Paw Placement, an organization based in Phoenix, Arizona . In August 2003 she read Belinda Cooper's article about the plight of stray animals in Tbilisi and decided to offer her help to Animal Rights Committee, whose work was credited in the article.

After some discussion we agreed that Janae would help us design and print T-shirts carrying ARC logo and animal rights slogan in Georgian. Finally, the T-shirts arrived to Tbilisi and they look very impressive.

Janae is an ordinary person who contributes her free time and resources to rescuing unwanted animals from public shelters that euthanize them and from owners who are no longer able to care for them. Her donation is a good example of how one committed person can make a difference. The T-shirts donated by Janae will help us spread an important message that human freedom should not restrict the inherent freedom of animals.
